It seems like my Level and the Quests are too easy for my actual fitness
In order to keep the game balanced, everybody starts off at Level 1. If the levels and Quests are too easy for you at first, don’t worry. You’ll level up fairly quickly in the beginning, then things will start to get a little harder.
