When do I receive my workouts and diet help?

The programs do require the trainer to gather information and assess each client's needs. Therefore, if the group is advertised to start on 1/1/2014, this is Week 0. You will talk to the trainer during Week 0, answer some questions about your diet and lifestyle and goals. Based on this information, your trainer will provide you with a plan and your workouts the following week. Your program begins on 1/8/2014 and runs the for the rest of the time advertised.
