iOS - Logging Alternating Exercises


When you're working with an 'alternating' exercise, you record the number of reps for one side only.

For example: 8 reps

This means you performed the movement on your left leg, followed immediately by the same movement on your right leg. That makes 1 rep. Repeating the movement 7 more times gives you a total of 8 reps. (Recording 16 reps is incorrect).
