Fitocracy Team Fitness is a more affordable and flexible option for those who would like the help of a trainer. Every one can benefit from the general nutrition and programming guidance but it is particularly useful for people with busy lives, family or work time constraints, or those who do not want to meet with a trainer weekly.
Once you select the program that suits your goals and complete sign up, you are added to the trainer's group where you have access to discussion, question and answer sessions, and videos as well as the ability to privately chat with the trainer.
